Definition of Vulnerability:
The quality or state of being exposed to the possibility of being attacked or harmed, either physically or emotionally.

Synonyms of Vulnerability:
Susceptibility, jeopardy, helplessness, weakness, etc.

Many of us feel that we can only show our strong, confident side. While it is certainly good and often appropriate to be in control, calm, and strong, there is another side to all of us – that part of us that feels needy, becomes frightened, has doubts, and gets angry.
