Twelfth Step of A.A., working with others, can be subdivided into five parts, five words beginning with the letter ‘C’. Confidence, Confession, Conviction, Conversion, and Continuance. Faith and trust are synonyms of confidence.

We
please God more by our unquestioning confidence than by imploring Him for help. In quietness and confidence shall be your strength.

Confidence means to have faith in something.
We could not live without confidence in others.

When you have confidence in God’s grace, you can face whatever comes.
When you have confidence in God’s love, you can be serene and at peace.

I pray that I may have confidence in His unfailing power.
A relationship is a dialogue.

Only if we stay with it  enough the frustrations, express our deepest feelings openly, and listen to our partner, do we achieve a new level of understanding and confidence in the relationship.

Then give of your own confidence, as you have had it given to you by the grace of God. Give of yourself and of your loving sympathy.
